Ks. prof. dr hab. Mirosław Kalinowski

Born 14 July 1962 in Szczytno. In the years 1981-1987, he studied philosophy and theology at the Higher Theological Seminary Hosianum in Olsztyn. He graduated in 1987, and on June 09 that year was ordained priest by John Paul II on his visit to Lublin. In the years 1989-1993, he was a doctoral student at KUL. He earned his doctorate in theology in 1993 and habilitation in 2001 (KUL). In 2003, he was awarded a position of Associate Professor at KUL and in 2008 was granted the title of Professor in Theological Sciences by the President of the Republic of Poland. Since 1 July 2010, he has been appointed Professor.

Prof. dr hab. inż. Jerzy Lis

 Prof. Dr. Eng. Jerzy LIS,  correspondent member of the Polish Academy of Science and member of the World Academy of Ceramics, professor in  materials science and chemical technology in AGH University of Science and Technology, Krakow Poland, actually  Rector of the AGH UST for cadence 2020-2024. He was graduated in AGH-UST in 1978, PhD in 1986, D. Sci. in 1994 and full professor from 2000.
His main research specialisation is research and application activities in Materials Science & Engineering  in the field of ceramic materials for structural and functional applications in constructions for the machine-building, automotive, aviation, military, aerospace, electronics, and other industries.  He is active in transfer technology management and  organisation of higher education. In research he is known mainly by his works on advanced materials (structure ceramics, MAX phases, composites)  prepared by combustion synthesis SHS (Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis) and LM (Laser Manufacturing) as well as the author of publication in the field of engineering and traditional ceramics (tiles, refractories, sanitary and electroceramics). 
His scientific achievements contains 388 publications in journals and proceedings, citations by SCOPUS more then 1250, h-index=18, 4 books, more than 180 presentations on conferences (87 international), 18 patents, managing of 15 R&D projects  as well as international cooperation with academic and research centres in US, Russia, Germany, Japan, France, Spain for instance: ENSCI France, University Castellon Spain, PennState University, Texas University, SDSMT USA, UBC Canada, ISTMAN Russia, Hokkaido University, Japan, 
He is the Honorary Fellow of the European Ceramic Society, member of: the International Society of Self-Propagating High-Temperature Synthesis; the American Ceramic Society, the Polish Ceramic Society and the Polish Materials Society (former president of PMS). Actually he is  vice-President  of the Technical Committee of the Polish Academy of  Arts and Sciences, vice-Chair of Ceramic Committee and Materials Science Committee of the Polish Academy of Science and a member of editorial advisory boards of the 7 international journals. He was awarded the title of Golden Engineer by the Polish Technical Organization (2017),  the Best Polish Inventor Award  (2016) and the Building Bridge Award of the American Ceramic Society (2019).

Prof. dr hab. inż. Krzysztof Zaremba

Professor Krzysztof Zaremba – Rector of the Warsaw University of Technology for the term of office 2020–2024, Dean of the WUT Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology in 2012–2016 and 2016–2020, Head of the Division of Nuclear and Medical Electronics in 2004–2016. Member of the team working on the application for the status of Research University for the Warsaw University of Technology (2018–2019) in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education programme “Excellence Initiative – Research University”. 
The research and construction interests of Professor Krzysztof Zaremba centre around electronics and physics, and focus on nuclear electronics, mainly the construction of radiation detectors and radiation measurement systems. His passion is also biomedical engineering research, such as application of X-ray fluorescent analysis, medical imaging technology, and data analysis in genomics and proteomics.
Professor Krzysztof Zaremba has initiated ongoing cooperation with the European Organization for Nuclear Research CERN in Geneva, which he has been member of since 1989. The research team he led participated in the development and performance of NMC, SMC and COMPASS experiments, in construction of detectors and electronic systems and in development of experimental data analysis tools. In 2007, he was involved in the performance of the T2K neutrino experiment (Tokai, Japan), which was a step towards the Nobel prize awarded to Professor Takaaki Kajita in 2015. In 2012–2016, he participated in the ICARUS experiment (Gran Sasso, Italy). 
He authored or co-authored over 170 scientific publications in journals listed in Journal Citation Reports (JCR) Science Edition, as well as several technical reports published in foreign centres. He authored numerous technical opinions, was head of 24 research projects, 3 construction and implementation projects and member of 22 other projects.

Marek Skulimowski

Marek Skulimowski was born in Lubaczow in the Podkarpacie region in 1970. He graduated from the Faculty of American Studies at the University of Warsaw. Until 2001, he was an English teacher in Lubaczow and a lecturer at the College of Foreign Languages in Jaroslaw. From 2001 to 2011, he worked as a Polish diplomat: twice as a consul, including deputy consul general of the Republic of Poland in New York, and as an advisor at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tel Aviv.

From 2011 to 2016 he was Director of Operations of the American company INGLOT Cosmetics. Since December 2016 he is the President and Executive Director of the Kosciuszko Foundation.

Born 13 March 1977 in Świdnik. He graduated from the Faculty of Humanities at KUL (MA on the political power of the conservative thought in II Republic of Poland). Then, graduated from the College of Business Administration at SGH (MA on value generation strategies: the case study of Bogdanka coal mine). He completed a post-graduate course in European Project Management (UMCS) and in Finance and Accountancy (KUL). He earned his doctorate in Economics from the College of Social Sciences at SGH.
Member of Parliament, representing the Lublin region in the 8th and 9th terms. Participated in the work of Parliamentary commissions for public finance and national defence.
At present, he is Secretary of State in the Ministry of State Assets (appointed 5 December 2019). On 05 September 2020, he was appointed a Government Proxy for the Transformation of State-equity Energy Companies and Mines.

He defined the strategic ways of development of the Industrial Development Agency. Among others, he restructured the following companies: Przewozy Regionalne, H. Cegielski – Fabryka Pojazdów Szynowych and Świętokrzyskie Kopalnie Surowców Mineralnych. Co-founder and president of the management board of Invent Grupa Doradztwa i Treningu Sp. o.o. in the years 2006 – 2015. President of an economic think tank, Fundacja Republikańska (Republican Foundation) in the years 2011 – 2015.

Graduate of the Institute of Social Policy at the University of Warsaw. He finished his MBA at the Institute of Economics, Polish Academy of Sciences. He acted as a academic lecturer at the University of Warsaw, Collegium Civitas and University Łazarski.

He has experience in the management of strategic advisory and corporate supervision. He is also a specialist in business development restructuring and capital investments.

Member of Narodowa Rada Rozwoju (the National Development Council), an advisory body to the President of the Republic of Poland.

Rafał Kiliński

His professional career in the financial sector began with a position in the banking area - working for the First Polish-American Bank (FORTIS afterwards). He has been working as a senior underwriter at Warta, Gdynia Office, Aviation and Maritime Insurances Department for several years. In response to MARSH’s proposal he successfully created a brokerage company in Gdansk which was under his management for the following 4 years, and at the same time he was holding the function of the Head of Marine&Aviation Practices being responsible for placement of such risks within Marsh’s area. Since the creation of Corporate Customer Division at PZU S.A. he was deeply involved in transforming that area, at the beginning as the Director for Corporate Customers in the District Office of PZU S.A. and then, since September 2008, the Managing Director for Corporate Customers at PZU S.A. Head Office. Author of the concept for reorganization of Corporate Customers Division at PZU SA which eventually became successful at the end of 2011. At PZU he was the General Director for Corporate Customers and the General Director for Strategic Customers and then, in relation to the implemented TUW project, became the Representative of the Management Board for TUW. Since 2015, he has been holding the function of the President of the Management Board of TUW Polski Zakład Ubezpieczeń Wzajemnych.

Andrzej Kojro

Lawyer, legal advisor and judge of the State Court. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration and the Electricity Trading School at the University of Entrepreneurship and Management Leon Koźmiński in Warsaw. He is currently completing his MBA Power engineering studies at the Lazarski University in Warsaw. He is authorized to serveon the Supervisory Boards of State Treasury companies.
He has been the President of the Management Board of Enea Operator since July 2016. Parallel to his professional work, he actively participated as a councilor in public activity in Poland, holding a number of managerial functions in local self-governments at the commune, city, district and voivodeship levels for 5 terms in 1990-2010. He was active in the Presidential Office of Legal Aid "DUDA HELP".
His life credo is a development of the thoughts of President Lech Kaczyński that it is worth being an honest Pole. There is nothing that cannot be achieved with work. Nothing is out of reach. Professional credo: If you want to demand a lot from others, start with yourself.

Master of Arts in Administration (specialization in economic administration), he holds a postgraduate diploma in internal audit in economy and administration. He has also gained knowledge and expertise in the field of internal security, specializing in information security.
In 2001 he started his professional career in the Polish Telecommunications Group (TP Internet). He has gained experience in administration, in particular with regard to enterprise asset management, company restructuring, as well as audit and control, i.a. in the PKP Group (PKP Regional Services Ltd., PKP Intercity JSC), Polish Armaments Group and Polish Mining Group (Coal Company JSC), where he created new corporate structures.
After joining the Military Property Agency in Lublin in 2017, in the years 2018-2020 he held the position of Deputy Director of Regional Branch. Prior to being appointed the President of the Management Board of PGE Dystrybucja, in 2020 he was employed as the Director of the Administration Department.

He also held managerial positions, including at PETROLOT (currently ORLEN Aviation) and at PGNiG TERMIKA. Member of the Supervisory Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

Artur Wasil graduated in 2002 from the Faculty of Mining at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, with an M.Sc. Eng. degree in Mining and Geology, specialising in Mining Geotechnics. In 2002 he joined Lubelski Węgiel Bogdanka S.A. where he went through the levels of professional career from a trainee to a team foreman of extraction brigade. In 2012 Mr Wasil started work at PRG Linter S.A. where he performed the role of Mining Director, and in 2014 was appointed to the position of the President of the Management Board. Mr Artur Wasil also holds a post-graduate diploma in European Project Management and EU Law obtained at the Marie Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin.
